Cliff Brauner purchased the Kamloops Pillar To Post™ franchise in 1997. Since then, he has developed strong, working relationships with all the local real estate firms in the area. Pillar To Post™—The Brauner Team, has had the pleasure of providing professional services to happy home purchasers/sellers for over 25 years, and has inspected 5000+ homes. Every inspection is completed in accordance with the exacting standards of Pillar To Post™ and local standards and regulations. Every house is someone’s home, whether it is brand new or a 100-year-old heritage home, a luxury walkout or a townhouse condominium. The inspection report will always be thorough, objective, and unbiased.

The Pillar To Post™ inspection takes 3 ½ to 5 hours, and clients are encouraged to be present. This allows the clients to become more familiar with the home and for the Brauner Team to answer any questions you may have. When the inspection process is complete, a copy of the report will be provided and reviewed with you onsite to ensure you have a comprehensive understanding of the home’s features.
